ABout Us
Offering Services At Your Place or Ours
BT Butchers is a mobile meat processor, offering services at your place or ours.
Tony is originally from Kansas. He grew up playing in the creek all day. After he was given the opportunity to see how to clean fish and process local livestock, he had a heart to see it through.
Becky was a city girl from Colorado. Her parents always took her to a local dairy and that is where she feel in love with livestock and knowing where her food came from. From that point on Becky always said she wanted her own dairy cow and to manage her own food supply.
Once Tony and Becky came to Elk City, the desire to be apart of their food supply chain grew stronger. In 2022 they moved north of Elk City and started their homestead. It started with processing chickens and bunnies. Then moved into swine, deer, and cattle. The evolution of the mobile meat processing trailers came naturally.
The most important aspect to meat processing for BT Butchers is helping consumers know where their products come from and helping consumers get into the supply chain.
